Helpful Tips
-
Always use your full email address as the username.
-
Make sure your password is entered correctly (passwords are case-sensitive).
-
Replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name when entering the mail server (for example, mail.example.com).
-
We recommend using IMAP, as it keeps your emails synchronized across your phone, computer, and webmail.
-
If Outlook displays a certificate or security warning, verify that the server name matches mail.yourdomain.com before continuing.
